| After order is /confirm/ied, we have a meeting with the all dept. before production, | |||||||||
| Investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control. | |||||||||
| 1) Purchase raw material, we will have raw material QC when arrived, ensure they will match customer requirements. | |||||||||
| 2) After checking the qualitied material, we will arrange cutting. | |||||||||
| 3) We start to make the products, there will QC to check the Semi-products meet the requirements. | |||||||||
| 4) Finished products: when the products are finished, before packing, we will have QC to check one by one. | |||||||||
| 5) We will have final inspection while packing up all the goods. | |||||||||
| If there is not any problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release the product. | |||||||||
| 6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards. |
